Job Role

  • As a Business Development Executive, you will be part of the bank’s front-line sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to sell the bank’s products to new customers.
  • This will involve participating in offsite marketing activities and traveling locally to meet new customers on a daily basis.
  • You will be responsible for selling banking and third-party products to customers based on their needs and handling customer queries.
  • To be confirmed in your role within the first six months, you will be expected to achieve targets assigned by the bank.

Key Responsibilities

Your Key responsibilities will include:

  • Selling bank and third-party products to new customers
  • Conducting marketing activities and traveling locally to meet new customers on a daily basis
  • Contacting existing customers to promote deposits and cross-selling additional products
  • Meeting daily and monthly sales targets as assigned by the organization
  • Completing all mandatory certifications required for the role (such as AMFI and EUIN)
  • Participating in learning activities provided by the bank
  • Entering daily interactions with customers into the bank’s CRM system
  • Adhering to all compliance guidelines (regulatory and legislative) for each activity
  • Participating in and following all initiatives undertaken by the bank from time to time

Qualifications:

  • Graduation or post-graduation (any degree) from a recognized institute
  • 0-5 years of experience, including field sales experience (fresher graduates are welcome to apply)
